EZStreetSports.Com Dispute

Hi Everyone,

EZStreetsports.com is charging me $65 for a payout. Please note I never accepted bonuses and the last time I got a payout in 2011, they did not charge me this fee. Also, I have to pay the western union fee everytime I send them money and it's usually only about $10. This $65 fee is ridiculous and I will never play with them again.

Does this seem fair? Are other sportsbooks similar?

They are not ripping you off, the reason they do this is because the offer you a free payout every tuesday...
It is fair, a lot of books are 75-79 dollars for a payout all depends on what you are cashing out

Just wait till tuesday and get a free payout and stop worrying...delete this thread also, EZ is a good book

Thats really F'D up! Whenever I have had an issue with a book I threaten to slander them on all sports forums and close my accounts. It always works for me. Last time it last 4 days but i got what i wanted. i told them all my friends at the RX are waiting to hear how it turns out and if it turns out good it will be good promotion for them. They hooked me up right away.

Shouldn't be a matter of who you speak to. Eitheir they have a free pay out or they don't.

Thats true. If its a book where you get a different story depending on who you taLK to just get your money out of there and go elsewhere

Most books only offer you ONCE EVERY MONTH!

Did u read it? he posted a convo where they told him he doesnt qualify for the free payout.

Yeah so I called back and asked for Ann or Joe. The guy who answered, Nate, (same guy I had an online convo with) refused to let me speak to either of them. Instead he explained EZStreet can no longer offer free payouts because its the "slow season". If we were in the NFL season, he would have allowed a free pay out. Since I'm being penalized because their business is slow, I asked if he could at least work with me and split the pay out fee. Again, he refused. I went on to note that I learned about EZStreet from the RXForum as a preferred/featured sportsbook and perhaps he was at least interested in maintaining a good reputation, again, he was not interested. After giving up, I wanted to know if he at least realized the irony in a sports bet if the winner is forced to pay up in order to obtain the winnings and I don't think he got it. I guess it's a lost cause.

Oh yeah, Nate also said if the user accepts the "bonuses" (its a game where you have to multiply your winnings by 10x in order to be eligible to cash out), then he would also have allowed a free pay out.

Nate also felt that it was not EZStreet's responsibility to make the users aware of such policy changes. Unbelievable!
