interested to see if any of you have tried it before. it's a very healthy lifestyle, one i am transforming towards. i'm still young and in great shape but i eat terribly. my metabolism is only getting slower each day that goes by, so i need to grab my health by the balls and take control. i'm an EXTREMELY picky eater, so this will be tough. if none of you have looked into the paleo lifestyle, i encourage you to do so. the shit they put in foods these days is killing mankind. take control.
Several do it for my training center. There's a bombass restaurant in our town that offers 3 cooked meals a day with snacks for the entire week for $150. Food is amazing. Place specializes in wild game, so it's dank. I can provide their website to get you some ideas if ya want...I eat it as well, but no daily. I know the feeling of metab slowing down as mine has tremendously the last 5 years. The sixer takes a little extra work on the diet side these days to poke through...lol
