There are currently 11 pitchers that are bigger favorites than the prefect Scherzer today.
Is anyone else suprised by him being such a small favorite vs a not so hot Blue Jays team?
Seems like Vegas is begging us to put money on Scherzer? Am i over thinking this? I just know how good that kid is pitching right now and cant believe he is not a -200+ favorite like so many the past 2 days have been.
Thoughts?

Jays are mashing the ball right now, Tigers have lost like 5 of 6

Toronto has won 4 out of last 10 (and after their big winning streak ended they are 3-6). And completely agree Tigers have been not so hot right now either.
I get Toronto hits tons of HR, and when they're hot they're hot, but seems Scherzer 12-0 was hotter than Torontos 3-6 in ths game.
i am kicking myself for not taking those low favorite odds on Tigers tonite, I Jedi Mind Tricked myself by over thinking this one!

Good luck on going to 14-0 max...

Scherzer (13-0, 3.06 ERA) is attempting to become the first pitcher since Roger Clemens in 1986 to open with 14 straight wins, and the first to take a 14-0 mark into the All-Star break.
