When they don't talk at all, and their facial expression never changes from that mean sour-puss look.... or they are standing there with no one at the table.. and when you sit down they look at you like you just raped and murdered their first puppy cause they have to do something.

When you don't play the bonus (sucker bet) and it hits, they fall all over themselves to point out how much more you would have won.

this is probably my biggest pet peeve, I hate robotic dealers that have no personality. you normally see this with foreign dealers (etheopia)for me.

definitely more fun at a table when the dealer reacts and roots for the players.. it is the least they can do to have fun at their job and be enthusiastic

I do not think I have ever had a real complaint about a dealer. I tip constantly, even when I am down and have never really seen one with a attitude for that reason. I smoke like a chimney when I am playing black jack and I always keep it out of their face as best as possible which I have got to think they appreciate also.

When they check for BJ and pretend they are going to flip it over and then don't and think it's funny.

When they are basically bad at their job; have trouble getting cards out of the shoe, takes them forever to add...I don't understand that shit...it's like, you need more practice before they let you on the floor, come on now.

When they start talking with a "friend" that is playing at the table (or a regular) and don't deal the fucking cards. God damn you can deal em out and talk at the same time. Don't make me wait 30 seconds for you and Jimmy Horsedick to have a convo.

Yea.. or when the dealer engages me, the player, in a conversation to promote tips. Quite often... if it's just me vs. the dealer - I have a demon sitting on both shoulders and I am tuned into the cards... not conversation. Me and my demons do not like calculated, semi awkward conversations when we are making $50 - $100 decisions, testing the hand of fate, every 30 seconds.. Me and my demons would rather focus on the money at $50+ a hand. thank you very much

Hate when dealers don't know basic strategy and side with other morons at the table who INSIST that you don't hit 12 against a 3, or hit soft 18 against a 10, etc.

"See, even the dealer knows that was a dumb move."

Sorry. I guess that comma was unnecessary and confusing. Yes, meant to read "morons who insist you dont do hit 12 or dont hit soft 18."

"But, Dude. You had 18!?"

"Uhh, yeah, I know. Hit me."
