Does TheRx help get players paid? (non sponsor book)

Does TheRx have any clout in helping players these days?

It's a non sponsor book, so I figured it'd be doubtful.

the sportsbook he was trying to get paid from has no desire to pay nor clear their name I suppose which wouldnt be ratethebooks fault whatsoever.. if you have a different book that you want to try, it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot.
