Because he is one if the top 3 arms in the NL, saying he doesn't have wins isn't exactly his fault he pitches for a AA lineup

They are playing at Citi Field. That was the smartest move starting Harvey. He might not be the most deserving pitcher to get the start but he is definitely deserving for the all star nod and the starting honor is to please the home crowd. Nothing wrong considering the circumstances

Kershaw is a west coast pitcher like Colon..
David Wells could still pitch in Oakland, LA D, Seattle or San Diego and have an ERA in the mid 3's...

NL Earned Run Average
Clayton Kershaw
Los Angeles Dodgers

Earned Run Average: 1.98 ERA
2. Jeff Locke, PIT 2.15
3. Patrick Corbin, ARI 2.35
4. Matt Harvey, NYM 2.35
5. Adam Wainwright, STL

Do you really think wins is a meaningful stat for a pitcher? If so, I cant help

Well if you mean it doesn't matter at ALL, then I disagree. a 20+ game winner means Something and they Add up over their career.
So I would give is a 10-15% Meaning towards Stats.

But that wasn't my point.

I just thought Kershaw should have been the Starter... and never said Harvey wasn't a Good Pitcher.... Plus I get the Citi Field reason too.

Well usually a 20 game winner is very good by means of ERA/Whip and any other pitching stat.

But you said not even top 5 in wins. Pitchers cant control run support

Strasburg is awesome but Harvey may end up being a little bit better.
