It was funny when that girl said "she was no bigger than me". That chick had to go 180

McDonalds was sued for serving coffee too hot. I would guess, yes.

What's crazy is i was just telling my gf a week prior we should go one day and take her 10 year old. She said "ok, but i dont ride the roller coasters." I sked why and she said she doesn't trust them and doesnt wanna die. I laughed at her and said no one dies on roller coasters.

Ive ridden that ride 20 times.

Feel like I read the woman even questioned the restraining-bar before the ride, and the operator blew her off... Seems like a lawsuit is appropriate

If they have a witness that can back up her story, even better.

Wife was there on Friday with her youth group. They rode that just before the accident, and none of them weighed over 180...so they were fine.
Still sad.
Will they be sued? I would guess at least 8 figures.
And the 16/18 year old worker...would guess nothing will happen.

She said that it didn't click twice and the operator said that if it clicked once it's good.

You would probably sue too if Mcdonalds coffee did this to you....

They were serving their coffee at 200 degrees.

I saw a pic this morning that was supposed to be the lady and believe me she was well over 180, as soon as i saw the pic i was shocked they would even let her get on it. I mean you can overcome gravity just so much. Seat belt, restraining bar, whatever..no way was she staying in her seat. It was dumb for her to try it but willful negligence to have an operator allow her to get anywhere near it...

So we now know that the last thing 2 people in here would've done if that was them falling was to laugh. Good to know death is so funny...

I saw a picture of her also, and she tipped the Fairbanks at almost 300. I can't believe that she fit in the seat. I wonder if they have a disclaimer before you ride that you have to be under a certain weight. If so, They might be off the hook.
