how much are you paid to post...?

Button #2 for sure.

#2 Button for me too. I've been here 11 days and have 70 posts. You think that's excessive?

No - post as much as you want, it's all good. The types of posts (conversation starters) made me want to ask.

I have the summer off, so I'm a little bored tbh. Tryna start some conversations that will keep me busy during the days

Dumb question with a clear answer to anyone but a crackhead..

instant 1M or 50% chance of 4M would be better.

I get your point... and that 100m should sway a lot of votes. but a million dollars is life changing money to me,

And missing that opportunity is incomprehensible to me

Red button. Gimme the mill. That's serious moola. If handled properly it's life changing for the duration. You guys are focusing on 1 to 50. I'm focusing on 1 to nothing. After 5 mill I wouldn't know what to do with the other 45 anyway. I like my life. I don't need a lot of stuff. But security is very valuable to the soul. Gimme the mill. I'll make it into 5.

I see your point and I think I was wrong on 1 vs 4 being the tough decision #. I'd take the 1 there...

I think 1 vs like 6-8 is where the conversation starts.....Obviously everyone is different and it depends on a myriad of factors.

While I'd probably still cry if I lost on the 50% proposition, it isn't like a million is THAT much these days. Especially in our neck of the woods

If you pressed the red button you would spend every single day the rest of your life asking yourself "what if"?

Every single time you would want to go on a nice vacation you cant afford. Every time you would want a new car.

If I pressed the green button and lost I could at least live with my choice.
Sure I would say to myself that million would have been nice but it would not be something that would haunt me for the rest of my life.

If I pressed green and lost, every time I ever ran into any sort of financial hardship I'd be pissed. Even just something like I wished I had a nicer car or could upgrade my plane tickets to first class but wanted to save the coin. Little shit would bother me knowing I threw away a milly.

That said I press green, but if I lost it sure would haunt me.

Like PatsFan said, the interesting topic becomes what # on green changes your choice to red. If green was 10 mil I'd have a tough choice on my hands. Less I'm hitting red and more I'm hitting green.
