23 year old Dominican undrafted signed by the Mets. 162 lbs, throws and bats right. Coming off bone spur elbow surgery and has pitched 24 2/3 innings at AA Binghamton with a 2.55 ERA, 26 K's and 10 walks. Last two starts he has allowed one earned run in 11 .innings. I am going to throw a small one on the Mets. Take some run line too.
