preferably with a sports book attached, but doesn't have to be if it is a really strong poker site.

Used to play on bovada and 5dimes but depositing there has become too much of a pain in the ass. I also used to play full tilt but after everything that happened there i'm not sure I can trust them.

How is 5dimes a pain in the ass? Just curious as they take my debit card straight from my bank or credit union with no problems instantly.

my bank debit card is mastercard.

My credit cards block online gambling.

The prepaid international net spend card I have used on there the past year has now stopped working as well.

Just do a moneygram, western union or send a cashier check. A lot of ways to fund 5D

Yea western union is simple, takes no time, and only cost less than one games juice, but I too would like to know the answer to this question as I've been tempted to play at 5D but haven't yet

I play 5d poker all the time, mainly because funding is so easy and I love their sportsbook.

As far as the poker is concerned, they just made some big software improvements and it's pretty nice. The SNG's fill up very slowly though, and the cash games have an insane rake (esp if you play at the bad beat jackpot tables, which get all the traffic). The MTT's are all rebuy tourneys which I dislike cause it just makes for different play early, people shoving with junk just trying to build a monster stack. Then you get a premium hand PF and their 89o straights out...every time.

Anyway it's no Pokerstars, but it's OK. Good enough for me to while away the time a bit and the sportsbook is top notch (of course), with seamless transfers between the two it's a pretty nice scenario.

Games are really soft too...

Sounds good HC. Ill prob give it a to this week sometime.
Yeah I play there daily. Just be prepared to typically wait 10+ minutes for a SNG to fill up (sometimes much shorter but believe it or not many times longer).

If you play cash games the rake is high but the 50NL is still definitely beatable even with the rake, 100 gets a little tougher.

I cant believe Bovada is so slow.
They are 10X slower then they where back when PS and FT were options.

You would figure since they are basically the only semi reputable full poker site online for US players they would be dominant right now.

I can barely get in a SNG over $36 there on a regular basis besides one 220 a night that seems to fill up every night around 8PM like clock work.

I guess its the same 6 of us how show up at the same time for that every night.

Anyway I hate the anonymous thing they have going on there also.

I personally like the anonymity aspect as I don't play with a HUD.

You cant even take notes.

Lots of double up SNG's at Bovada.

Thats where all the traffic is for SNG's.

You can play double up SNG's 24 hours a day there.

Only problem with that is I would never play those without knowing who im playing against.

A double up SNG is a colluders wet dream.

How is depositing/wd'ing at bovada Chop? How is the software?

Its the best thing going for USA players.

Easy deposit and withdrawl.

Low rake.

They always have promotions where you get cash back for playing.

I usually get $50 a week or more in playing bonuses.

If they would change a few things they could go places.

If you play large SNG's they only have about 2 SNG's an entire day for $220.

Other then that you have to play 36 or less.

Or play the double up SNG's or the hyper turbo 50 SNG's.

As for MTT's.

There is a nightly 15K
ig
And they still have the Sunday 100K that I just got knocked out of right before the bubble big stack vs bigger stack.

Had A10 hearts blinds 200/400 im the BB

UTG2 min raises to 800, I call A10HH.

Flop all hearts with a K.

He shoves the rest of his big stack.

I call.

He has a set to my nut flush and the board pairs on the river.
Would have been chip leader if I won the hand.

You have to be creative... But there are viable options to play at PS in the states. These options were made available to me durring the series and I have been playing every since I got home. There is obviously a bit of a vig included, but the games are very beatable right now. I was a bit weary about payout, but myself and a friend both have relieved a payout within the last week. I love this option, it's much better than playing at the BS options available but I can't wait until its available to everyone again.

Just did my first western union deposit. Kind of strange but quick and easy.

Sucks that the viable poker options for US players have become so slim
