Starting in 2010 I quit taking baseball wagering seriously.

2010 was the year I went from being a serious baseball capper to being a hobby capper.

Baseball is the ultimate grind sport.
There are no short cuts to being a good capper.

You have to have ALL the tools to be profitable.

You have to have the timing, info, and best lines.

You have to have the outs. You have to have it all to be a winner.

Im pretty sure football and basketball is the same way I just cant speak from experience on those sports because I have never took those sports seriously gambling wise.

Baseball is the only sport I ever beat year after year for a long time.

So from 2010 till about the 2nd week of this season I went from baseball sharp to baseball square.

Completely knowing that I was about to go from a winning player to a losing player.

No more 15 outs.
No more Don Best.
No more constantly updating spread sheets.

Just simply click and press from gut feeling.

I thought this was going to be fun but I found out I hated it.

I hated going into something that I once was very good it to blindly betting just for fun.

This made this practice no fun at all.

So after about week 2 of this year I have not made a single baseball wager since.

I have enjoyed this baseball season from a fans perspective more then any season in a long time.

You look at things so much differently.

You dont keep up with the broad league like you once did.

10 years ago I could have told you the name of all the top 100 players in triple A.

This year there were actually 2 players in the MLB all star game I never heard of.

Quite the contrast.

Even though I was always good at baseball capping I never really enjoyed it.

I have always enjoyed betting on football more the baseball.

I guess the point spread thing is better then the ML.

I enjoy losing football games but for some reason I hate losing baseball games.

very interesting; after betting the bases for a few years; every day; except 3 days off for all start game; such I grind; I believed mowing the lawn was more fun than capping the bases...gl
