Chicken Cordon Bleu with twiced baked potato, a nice salad made entirely from my garden topped with some homemade raspberry vin. dressing. I'm starving already thinking about it, but I've got to get some rolling on the mat time in for an hour at least...

Not sure yet, maybe PF Changs frozen Chinese (have beef n broccoli and general tso chicken) ...
Or the wife mentioned going to our favorite baked sub place... Snarfs..
Colorado based .. but has Chicago StLouis and Austin locations....
And can't describe why it's so much better than most little sub shops i've been.. just get it all the way (their peppers are the best! )
