He has stated a few times this offseason that he is determined to get 2,000 yards again.

Knowshown Moreno also said this a couple of years ago but I think Adrian Peterson is a completely different story...

He has gone significantly under 3 of the last 5 years
Both years he went over he was healthy the whole year and played in all 16 games

I think it is a lot harder than you guys think....yeah he is probably the best pure runner I've ever seen but he is playing on a subpar offense (lost Harvin) and takes a ton of pounding.

He easily could do it, he isn't any kind of big dog not to but on a subpar offense I wouldn't bet on anyone to get 1700 yards rushing

I like Under The Vikings will have a better pass game this year with Ponder entering his 3rd season, I think he will be somewhere between 1400-1500 this season
