My take is they are a forum book with probably no backing but is being run by someone with a lot of experience in the industry so assumably has connects to get more backing if he needs it. My other take is they have started a shill campaign on the forums.
I have an account with them but all the shilling I am seeing on the forums is scaring me, having being burnt by BI, I do not want to be the last one holding the doodoo.
I want to give my two cents. I signed up at HR WAGER a few weeks ago. George is a good guy and has never done me wrong. After I hit my roll over, I took a $900 same day ****** payout. I continued to win last week and this week I got $1000 payout same method ******. There is no issues with this book in my mind but everyone will have there own opinion. I am happy with them and hope this review will help anyone that has any doubt about HR WAGER. Good luck to everyone.
They are a breath of fresh air compared to some other sites. I asked for payout a little past the cutoff time, they still processed it for me and I had money in hand by evening. I feel if you manage your risk and not keep too much there since they are so new I dont mind keeping a few k in there.

Tossed a hundy couple weeks ago .....made the roll .
Asked for a nickel @ 9 am yesterday .....had it @ 2pm no fee .
Left a nickle in to play with . That is my experience with them .
You can catch some good lines as they don't have a lineman / bookie on site . ( I think ) .
So far so good ....
