Anyone here try/use Visalus shakes?

Bought a months supply to try, just started August 1st. Replacing breakfast & lunch with shakes (Vi mix w/milk, granola, frozen fruits, greek yogurt) & doing 2-a-day workouts. Weights in the morning & light cardio or situps before dinner. So far so good, shakes have good flavor but I'm hungry as a mutha come dinner time! Anyone else using or have used before?

I love protein shakes, but no way I could replace breakfast and lunch with a shake, nor could I recommend it. Good luck though. Hope your month gets the results you're looking for...

Thanks MattyMatt. Yea I know it's not the greatest thing to do as far as meal replacements, hoping the little snacks in between during the day will kind of balance it out. Started at 220 trying to get back to 210 at the very least. Just a test, probably won't do it past this month unless I get some drastic results.

10 pounds, aye? Man, that's possible in a week. 8-10 pounds first week and 1-2 pounds each week after are very realistic. I say eat the real meals with shakes as snacks and watch the portion size. It's all about grazing (6 meals a day) and portion size. This goes for losing or gaining weight. But hey, do what makes you comfy and you can handle bc if you can't get comfy doing it, it won't last bc you won't stick to it. Props to you for giving it a go. Let

Ur right, after saying it out loud 10 pounds sounds kinda dumb/too easy. lol Re-adjusting goal to 200, so 20 pounds which is where I was when I was training for my half marathon. Thanks for the replies & tips MattyMatt.

Wow that's awesome. A few friends of mine have had similar results, I think the fact that most people who start the challenge are encouraged to make it public knowledge (Facebook, etc) helps keep you motivated & somewhat accountable.
