I wanted to let you all know about my experience with www.Wagerup.eu (and their family of BTG Global Sportsbooks: Dimeline, Vipsports, Linesmaker, Wagerup). It has been absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a sportsbook and I've been playing on and off online since 1999. This is the first time I've ever been stiffed or slow paid. I am very very unhappy about this!
I played there last fall for football, I lost 4 deposits. Then I sent them a deposit (their super easy cash method, GreenDot MoneyPak, so easy to do at Kroger, CVS etc) on June 23. I had a miracle week and turned the $225 (and huge 100% cash bonus that they suck players in with) into $4500.
I did the required 30x rollover, probably around 90x rollover now. My current balance is $4161
I put in the request on July 1. Finally got a response from them on July 11 and they took out the $800 out of my account on July 11. Then on July 12, they asked for my ID and I sent that and they told me it was approved and I'd receive an email from their Banking when it was ready.
I've been contacting them daily since July 25. They've been stalling and giving me every possible excuse on why I haven't received it. They've blamed it on their Processor, Banking etc. They keep delaying it, saying 'early next week' or 'this afternoon or tomorrow morning'. But I never hear back or get a Control Number. Just more Bullshit!
Now they aren't answering Live Chat when I try to contact them, won't return Emails and they don't answer the Phone when I call them.
I have the emails, screenshots, everything is documented & saved. I have records of all my wagers there too.
I've done some research on the BTG group and there are a lot of players who have been screwed, ripped off, slow paid (I would've liked that at least), etc. I wish I knew about them and their refusal to pay players back on June 23
So I want to warn everyone, please do not fall for their big bonuses! They refuse to pay me and many others. Do not play at these books! This has been a nightmare for me. I am not a wealthy man and this $4161 is a ton of money to me!!
I will bump this thread throughout Football season, hopefully players won't make the same mistake I made and send them money.
I'm also hoping that a Sportsbook will do a 'bail out' for me. Maybe $2000 (just less than 1/2 my balance) with a 10x rollover? Thanks
