Are any of those poker players on 5dimes or Bovada pros?

The majority of real "pros" have found another outlet than these smaller mom and pop sites. They have went live or relocated to play on the better options. There just isn't enough money to be made on the mom and pops. There isn't a solid base of players to keep the game selection consistent.

Online, especially today, the definition of a "pro" may not be that they are highly skilled at the game itself.
LeatherAss for example plays 5/10 and higher on the 5 dimes network. Before black friday a lot of people thought he was as good as Tom Dwan....after black friday he was exposed as a multi tabling specialist who game was waiting on cards and winning a high enough % of his bluffs to win money. Live he lost more money than the post office or a Democrat Mayor. If you look at the cash game tables on 5 dimes you will see the same 3 to 5 players sitting at every table at certain levels. These guys are not really playing poker at all, they are rocks playing 10K hands a month to qualify for that stupid BEAST promo. I have 1000's of hands on these guys in my database and they are so tight it isnt funny. There blinds should have Come and Get em signs on them cus they never defend em without a top 3 hand, they never 3 bet with anything less than JJ+ from late postition and when they open UTG you guarantee they have QQ+....They are killing the cash games there because its almost impossible to get any action especially if u only play 1 table at a time and if you do get action from 1 of them its a cooler hand.

On Bovada there are still some guys who play there that were pretty good players before black friday but since you have no way of knowing if your losing to them or to a bot or to Calvin looking at your Hole Cards the question is sorta mute.

By the way....Warning!!!! It looks very much like the LOCK Poker network will go under at any minute. The tourny schedule has had every game with over $1000 guaranteed taken off the schedule and all the affiliate sites have set up their software where you only play against others on that same site. For instance Intertops cash games have at most maybe 120 players playing at peak times., at others there might be 6 tables total running.
Lock is run by shady people who appear to be about to bail with everyones money. Which considering its been taking 3 -6 months for over 2 yrs to get a check from them comes as no big surprise. If you have money on Lock poker or Juicy poker id consider selling it ASAP for as little as .45 on the dollar if you can even get that for it...

Unless you are playing stars from the US, which by the way can be done. There's no need to play online at this point.

Great info thanks.

I despise the bovada system where you can't tell who you are playing against. Basically means 5dimes, which has hardly any action, is the only choice for a us player
