Should it even count if it's against the Astros anymore?

Also anyone remember Darvish's first start of the year when he was one out away from throwing a perfect game against the Astros and lost it?

Yeah, good point. They will probably put an asteric next to it if he gets it.

The ump just cost him the perfect game then the ump throws out the catcher which is probably going to also cost him the no hitter.

Something needs to be done with these umpires.
There attitudes are sickening.

Terrible job by the home plate ump

allows a walk AND ejects AJ Pyzinski for arguing it

Houston still won't get a hit

The 2 and 2 pitch was perfect right down the middle. Pierzynski the catcher did not argue.
That made the count 3 and 2.
The next pitch was a ball for a walk.

Once that happened Pierzynski turned around and calmly told the ump the 2 and 2 was right down the middle(which it was) and the ump instantly threw him out the game.

The ump is being an idiot.

#1 it was a strike.
#2 you dont throw out a catcher in the middle of a game when the pitcher has a no hitter going.

It disrupts everything.

the worst part is Pierzynski walked away and the ump went after him, and initiated the confrontation
