Really liked watching hi play when I was a kid.

Brian Keith Bosworth (born March 9, 1965), nicknamed "The Boz," is a former Seattle Seahawk NFL football Linebacker and current Hollywood film actor. He played in the NFL for three seasons during the 1980s. Bosworth played college football for the University of Oklahoma and was a two-time consensus All-American. He also was made famous by his flamboyant personality, controversial comments about the NCAA (t-shirts), radical hair cuts, and risky Hollywood stunts.

Most recently, Bosworth was also a color commentator for the short-lived XFL during its only season of existence in 2001. Bosworth starred in the 1991 action film Stone Cold and has had an on-again/off-again film career starring in several low budget titles such as One Man's Justice that went straight to DVD. In 2005, he had a role as one of the prison-guard football players in the Adam Sandler movie remake The Longest Yard. He also starred in a short lived television program, Lawless. Most recently, he appeared on an episode of Hell's Kitchen as a dining guest.

just finished his 14th movie..
Fans meet Brian Bosworth at 'Revelation Road 2: The Sea of Glass and Fire' opening
The independent, faith-based film is Bosworth's 14th movie. He starred in the 1991 action flick "Stone Cold" and had parts in other films like "Three Kings" and "The Longest Yard."

"I actually didn't want to make movies," Bosworth said when asked about his start. "They had to drag me kicking and screaming to the first movie, which was Stone Cold. To make movies, you have to be trained. You can't say, 'Hey, I'm here.' Especially when you are the quote-unquote star of the movie and you are carrying the movie on your shoulders."

Disagree. Steroids ruined his career.
Yes, he was big on steroids, but the Bo Jackson comment is true...take a look at anything about him after that one play, and tell me Bo didn't. Even if you still say no, Bo knows!!

Which play? The play where he outran him down the sideline or the goal line play? Most LBs wouldn't have made that tackle. Bo was a beast.

The goal line play where he floored him. And I disagree, Boz was supposed to make that tackle. Remember, he was perceived as the invincible Steroid Freak like you said that everyone was somewhat scared to go against. That vision disappeared after that play. I'm sorry, but its true. Yes, steroids deteriated his body over time, but that one play impacted the rest of his career. He never rebounded from that play...

Watch the play again on YouTube MattyMatt. It's not like he trucked Boz over or anything (and I'm not a Boz fan). He hits him at about the two and actually makes the tackle in the end zone. Jackson kind of hit him and went off to Bosworth's right.

No LB was making that play in open space against Bo Jackson especially Boz. He sucked.

Bosworth has gotten an unfair reputation because of that play. Watch it again. Boz had a bad angle on Jackson. An average RB would have done the same thing. Nothing but a bunch of hype.

Boz was running his mouth constantly before that game about how he would destroy Bo. That didnt help...

Did Boz lose all his money? For the time, I'm sure his contract was as big as anyone's. He was out of the league within 3 years, right? Never signed a second NFL deal?

DEAC, I agree. I recently saw a replay and I was like what a joke. He didn't truck him like I remebered.

The only thing Bosworth said before the game was that he felt like their defense could contain Bo. I challenge you to provide a source where Bosworth said he would "destroy" Jackson.

Contain/Destroy whatever you wanna call it. He said "HE" would personally do it, not their Defense. Call it what you want, he learned to never insult Bo Jackson...

-Either way you look at it, Boz was one of the biggest flops in NFL History...

His biggest problem was a shoulder injury that he elected to play through instead of getting surgery.
