50 minutes on chat about making a deposit. The moron who I was speaking with kept saying..."Make sure it comes from your first name. middle initial, last name." I told her since I send money via MoneyGram online, I do not know exactly how my name shows up and why does it matter if you have the reference number? I've been sending and receving for years and NOT ONCE has anyone demanded that my name in a certain format. So I finally get fed up and ask her who I need to call. I call this clown named Larry and he starts in with the "I have been in this business for 5 years and I've never had someone not know who the sender is :hammerit". Are you kidding me? I cannot send money to myself so how do I know how my name shows up. Not one book has had a problem picking up payments. Not one has demanded a certain name format. Basically this clown started getting loud so I got loud back and told him to piss off. Great way to lose a customer!
