50 minutes on chat about making a deposit. The moron who I was speaking with kept saying..."Make sure it comes from your first name. middle initial, last name." I told her since I send money via MoneyGram online, I do not know exactly how my name shows up and why does it matter if you have the reference number? I've been sending and receving for years and NOT ONCE has anyone demanded that my name in a certain format. So I finally get fed up and ask her who I need to call. I call this clown named Larry and he starts in with the "I have been in this business for 5 years and I've never had someone not know who the sender is :hammerit". Are you kidding me? I cannot send money to myself so how do I know how my name shows up. Not one book has had a problem picking up payments. Not one has demanded a certain name format. Basically this clown started getting loud so I got loud back and told him to piss off. Great way to lose a customer! :103631605

why didnt you just take their suggestion and goto moneygram and be done with it? Why exactly would you care to continue a conversation about it when you already knew how to send a transfer... maybe the agent explained it too detailed I suppose though...

Why "goto" a MoneyGram location when I can send via the Internet and have NEVER had a problem before? Murph are you going to put Tuckman on post review since he continues to personally attack me? Of course you are not.

you do realize your internet moneygram account DOES know your full name right? It was needed during signup.. they would have submitted it correctly man...

No I thought they had a fake name. Try and keep up. Darn forgot you are too busy punishing certain posters while other posters get away with murder.

Just deposited with another book. No mention from them on what format my name should be in. WagerWeb is full of morons and this Larry douchebag takes the cake. Wow 5 years in the business; good for you.

Mods I need a ruling here. Is it ok to say you wouldn't be sad if someone dies? I know you can't tell someone to kill themself or that you want to kill them (or assault them) but can you hope they die?

TIA

just drop the dramatics man.. seriously simmer down a bit before it is too late...Stop worrying about other posters and worry about your own antics...you bring a lot of this on yourself. Tuckman may have been wrong to pop in and poke at you, but you just can't leave well enough alone. I took the bashing word that will get you banned out of your post, so you post it again? :ohno: (next time I won't be as nice)

For what its worth, I always have to have the exact sender's name information (me, aka john smith) with the transfer number that goes with it. I have been with 4 different PPH shops and each one requires it. Not sure why, but I never really thought about not providing it. One scab I was dealing with told me that because I didnt give him the correct spelling of the name that moneygram wouldn't release it and froze the money and then told me to resend more. I went to moneygram and showed them my receipt, they said it was picked up. The A$$#@!& back at the shop said I am lying, because moneygram wouldnt give me that info without showing ID, and the F#@%$& knew I aint John Smith. That was the last straw with that backwater fast talking SOB. Shoulda quit him the first time he F#%&@ up, cost me 10 times what I was saving with that POS.
