Here is the latest news about this scumbag Dave the so called "Shark'', this came as quite a shocker to me actually its like a whole new level of thievery, not only was the guy stealing agents from his old workplaces, but check this out, he stabbed in the back his old partner at americas bookie stealing the agents they both had stolen together and took them to a new place @ bethorizon, some may think it takes a thief, but now his new angle is to keep stealing agents from old places he worked at and then stealing the players from the agents he stole in the first place, because they really make the money from their sportsbooks ops, the pay per head is just their way to steal new players. Please help spread the word, I also know from a good source hes got a man inside click n gamble passing info his next target to be aware. scumbagshark is bragging about it!

Pretty funny stuff...

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Stay the F#@$ clear of this POS! This guy has contacted me by email and said to call him on the phone, he is full of great offers, he has a nasally new england accent and full of buddy talk but nothing to back his game. Everything I asked him he had no clue but kept talking thinking that would cover up his ignorance. When I talked to the shop I am with I couldn't believe they knew about this turd, but I see here everyone does, guess im late to the game. I found out that this guy is working from a shithole San Jose apartment with his live-in Costa Rica girlfriend, and she works at MG office there, and he wants you to use MG instead of WU, accused of scamming money from agents knowing that they use alias names and can't get the money back without ID and claims he cant get it on his end either, total BS, his girlfriend collects. Now I read this post on the forum and think if this guy was poaching biz from his own pph clients to convert them to his own sportsbook the red in my Canadian flag is going to boil.

I have been working in different books in CR for over 13 years, after reading these posts about the shark I had to get an account and comment to warn everyone in the industry about him. I worked in the same office with him at one point, it wasn't shark at the beginning it was Tuna Dave first but he hate it. First he seems like a very nice and polite guy, wants to be everyone's best friend, after a while you can see how he really is, then stabs people he does not like in the back to move up until he gets his hands on client lists. He hates seen people making some money while he is not. He really doesn't consider the effort that somebody have to do in order to have a successful business. He has the ability with the words, very clever. While he was working at one shop he was poaching the clients over to another shop that he had secretly set-up with some other guys doing the same thing. They promised him a partnership but when he was fired from the shop he was stealing from and stopped supplying new clients from then he was doublecrossed by his other unethical partners and was left dead broke and without a job. Now I know he is workign the lists he stole and made a deal with horizon, they just don't care they said as long as he brings them new clients. A new breed, SleezeTuna! It's a pity that guys like him turned the industry into a war field.

I can confirm all of this a 100% true. I have known Tuna dave for several years (going back to when he lived in jaco) and watched all of this go down first hand and know all the other parties involved. Stay away from this guy. My advice to agents guard your players list at all costs.

Glad there are some backing on this.... as Yesterday received 5 Report a Post saying this Thread shouldn't be Up. That it's all Rumors...

But if we use this Sub forum to Watchdog the Industry, and it's True.... it Stands.

Have a Good day All

I will never post something that could hurt someones integrity without any evidence. I have IP history when he logged into agents accounts, emails from our costumers saying he contact them, phone numbers he used to contact agents(first thread), I know exactly how many free weeks he offers to costumers, the price he gets Per Head and how much he charges to agents. Soon we should have which Web-sites he uses, which i will be posting here. Thank you very much for the support
