<!--END WNStoryRelatedBox-->LINCOLN, R.I. - Rhode Island State Police have arrested a Massachusetts man who they said cheated at a blackjack table at Twin River Casino.
Stephen Harley, 43, of Winchester, Mass. was charged with removing a wager with knowledge of the outcome of a table game. A judge set bail for Harley at $5,000 and barred him from returning to the casino.
Police said they observed Harley remove a wager two separate times at a blackjack table. The two wagers totaled $500.
Harley is scheduled to appear in Providence Superior Court on Oct. 29.

I live 5 minutes from the casino and they just opened the table games in June. Been there probably 10+ times already and I gotta say... the scum of the scum are coming here. Rhode Island is very poor and you can tell by the people who go there. Doesn't surprise me one bit that they have caught people trying to cheat and this guy isn't the first one.

what a scum bag. I grew up in Winchester but this guy is a handful of years older than me so I don't know him.
Embarrassing for him to say the least.

Actually thinking of checking out there table games today. I don't expect much. Anybody been there lately? Is it possible to get a seat at a blackjack table or are they that crowded?
