Is there a tool I can buy where I can transfer the same data to multiple data sticks at the same time?

Lets say I have a folder with pictures.
Is there a way where I can send those pictures to 5 or 10 jump drive sticks at the same time?

I have to upload the same info on 88 flash drives and im trying to figure out a way to do it quickly.
Thanks.

Pretty sure they sell USB strips that have 10 or so slots on them.

They'd show up as 10 separate devices, and you'd have to CTRL-P your folder of pictures onto each one (each process taking as long or shortly as your computer can work).

With this thing if I have a folder where I want to send the pictures to lets say 5 jump drives at the same time will it simultaniously send the pictures to 5 jump drives at the same time?

I dont think this would be able to be set up to send them simultaneously.. you can however set up the drives to be backed up copies or mirrors of the other drives with a few programs. (it will do it every hour, day, week - whatever it is set to) - not sure what best program is though for this feature...
This might help - http://mobileoffice.about.com/od/softwarewebapps/a/sync-multiple-devices.htm

you would have to manually select each one

that being said, if you need 88 flash drives of the same stuff, put all of that stuff into one folder, then right click and select "send to" drive 1. repeat for 2-10. it really shouldn't take that long at all

Lets say I buy one of the hubs with 5 usb's on it that you linked.

When I go to my computer will it show up as 1 2 3 4 5?

Then all I have to do is copy folder to 1 2 3 4 5 and it will start copying all of them at the same time?

is this going to be recurring or one time? If only one time i'm sure the time you spent thinking about this you could've already had it done.

i'm sure your computer has more than 1 USB drive. if you have as little as 4 open slots you only have to do this about 20 times (each time it probably takes about 1-2 minutes for you to pop in the drives and start the transfer on your computer.

if this is recurring then I totally see your dilemna.

Its recurring all the time.
The 88 number may be more or less depending on the deal but its all the time.

I have already done this one at a time 5 or 6 times already.
I have to speed up the process.

Sometimes the number can be over 100.

You need to just sync these things with a program that has automatic sync.. it can be set to do it whenever you wish..on the hour even

Fwiw, for what you are doing this for (I have a good idea) I think you do need something like the link you posted. A regular pc is not built to do this specifically and by getting one of these you are saving lots of time in the long run
