Thats a good idea.

They pay idiots 140K per year over there.

For an economy where the jobless rate is high we in the oil industry can only scratch our heads wondering where are all these unemployed people.

The money is insane if you know what you are doing and the money is still 6 figures even if you are an idiot.

What a wonderful thing.

10 jobs for every 1 applicant.

And there are a lot of great oil jobs out there.

Dont let the stupid reality shows fool you.

I been checking out this site a lot http://www.ndoiljobs.com/

Was an engineer for Caterpillar but my company moved to Georgia and I chose to stay here in MN. Funny thing is I'm thinking of going out there to work and my family has 300 acres in Richland County, MT....right in the honey hole of this whole mess...but our land is still in probate.

If you got it, congrats! Where I play poker, a dealer at the casino has been trying to get in for a while and said it is tough because of how lucrative it is.

Dont believe the poker dealer.
I could move to ND tomorrow for $330K per year with free housing and 1200 per month vehicle allowance if I wanted to.

They are literally begging for people.

This poker dealer must not be trying too hard.

I've heard stories of guys going out there with no experience working 100-120 hours a week as a laborer and pulling in 4k-8k per week.

I've been told it's so lucrative, professional poker players are quitting their profession just to get out and make some of that money.

I've talked to a lot of people and this is certainly and exception...talked to a guy the other day where his company is hiring setting up housing out there....26,500 a month....work every other month. Not a bad gig. Williston area aka the wild wild west...70 guys to every 1 chick...been told winter conditions are shit and it becomes a lonely lonely place....if anyone is planning on going out there I've been told to avoid the Williston area at all costs.

To be truthful my offer is from near by Montana but im sure I could get the same thing in ND if I wanted it.

But im happy where I am right now.

Thats like asking what someone does at Microsoft

I guess I was asking what field? Is it just basic labor or are you in some type of engineering field?

What I am asking is what is there out that way for a 30 year old accountant? Not asking about the accounting field at all, just asking if they are taking any able body workers and paying them serious coin?

On a side note if you've never been to Deadwood, SD...make sure you get there sometime in your lifetime, you won't regret it. So much to see in the area as well....including Mt. Rushmore and Crazyhorse.

These are just a few of the jobs being offered:

You're way better off if you know someone who has connections out there.

Yeah I have a couple buddies who do it. They go up for a month or 2 and back for a month or 2. They say the work sucks, long hours and shitty weather but great money. One of them lives in a modular with 3 other dudes while he's there. No booze or drugs allowed, drug and alcohol tested randomly, curfew at 10pm, etc. pretty hardcore from what he says.

On the other hand, he has 4 kids, his wife doesn't work, lives on a golf course, boat, nice truck, etc. I don't ask these guys exact numbers, but they just both say its good money.

It's kinda booming in northern colorado here as well. Lots of jobs becoming available. Lots of guys I train with work oil. They literally work as often as their bodies can handle because they need that much help. I've thought about it, but we'd have to make some major changes in my household.

I've heard this exact same thing from a few people too....absolutely zero tolerance on the drug issue. Fail one test and you're gone.

The options are vast.
All depends on how smart you are and how you present yourself.
