I guess I don't know as much about the female body as I thought. What the hell is "the Varkey"? I'm guessing I would do it, though.

Just a joke. Because of the lack of a comma, which makes the "her" a possessive pronoun, i.e. "would you do her varkey?", which makes "varkey" sound like a body part, when what he meant was "do her, Varkey?", Varkey, sadly, uncapitalized, being the name of the person being addressed. But he didn't say "...do her, Varkey?" You see, the way it was originally written, it sounded like the guy was talking about "her varkey". I thought my joke was kinda funny, but after having to explain it...
