when im on vacation and go to hard, i love waking up to a modelo michalada spicy with 3 advil. followed by another michalada and tons of water/gatorade
3 Advils before bed and a glass of water. Most hangover symptoms are from being dehydrated.
Then in the morning, two mcdonalds bacon egg and cheese sandwiches (or double cheeseburgers if it's past 10am) and an "orange drink". The drink is the key, that stuff will cure any hangover.
if you missed out on hydration before passing out... then when you awake - hydrate and go back to sleep... repeat until you eventually stop waking up dry... then get up and get some bacon and homefries - eggs if you can stand it. hydrate some more and take a nap.
side note on eating before drinking : I recently was treated to an amazing dinner which was primarily fresh vegetables. During dinner, we did maybe 12 - 15 shots of vodka. We all got hammered... and everyone woke up sick the next day except me. I had no headache, no dryness... nothing. just a little wobbly when i stood up for the first time in the morning. In all of my life... i have never dodged a hangover like that - We were all hammered big time the night before. I have no choice but to attribute it to eating so many fresh vegetables while drinking. Not really an easy thing to plan for (eating vegetables while drinking heavily) .... but good info nonetheless.
