There is a fine line sometimes between 2-0 and 0-2.

At least this time you lost to the better team but still.

I do have to give your secondary mad props though.
That was the best pass coverage I have ever seen against a Sean Payton team in my life.

You guys are 1 coach and 1 QB away from being relevant.

Actually Tampa is literally 2 key components away from being a Super Bowl contender.
They are so close yet so far.

They have it all except for the coach and qb thing.

I agree they have some talent...solid OL, RB, WRs and Goldson and Revis have solidifed the secondary but saying a team is two things away from being a contender and it is coach and QB is like me saying if I had speed and power I'd be a prizefighter.

I agree completely that's why I said so close but yet so far.

with that being said if they get lucky they can fill both of those voids in 1 offseason. Tampa is the only team in the NFC south I fear in the next 3. years in the NFC south

You're right, they could be 2-0, but as you said they lost to the better team and I don't think they deserved to win yesterday anyhow.

The defense looks much improved, but Josh Freeman is stinking it up.

Word around here is that he will request a trade before the deadline.

If he doesn't turn it around soon, look for rookie Mike Glennon...
