It's making its way around the news feeds here in the Bay. Smith was pulled over @7am this morning in a single car accident where he hit a tree. He blew a .15 on the test. He was also found with a small amount of weed and some pills. This is 2nd DUI. Last one was in 2012. He was also involved in a police incident from a party he threw. Shots fired and Smith himself was stabbed. Now given that he is the 9ers most effective pass rusher, what would you do? Let him play? Suspend him for this weekend? 4 game suspension? Demarcus Dobbs was suspended for 1game w/o pay earlier this season for the same offense. Most 49er insiders and radio guys say Smith doesn't deserve the suspension. What do you guys think?
