as i posted in my las vegas thread while there on vacation id like to let you all know that i recieved a call today and im very pleased how it worked out.now not that i am only pleased on how it worked out,but i am extremely impressed on the professional manner of the orleans.i left them a message the other day asking that someone call me back to discuss my problem i had there,and today they called.i explained how i played at the tables more than i did before and played for higher amounts and was being denied comps for my rooms and food.
today a tables manager contacted me and asked what went on and to explain it to him.well i told him what i said above and that my wife was even playing and i was getting denied my comps.he replied by saying that he did review my time there and my buy ins and then came to the conclusion that something did go wrong there and he was sorry for what had happened.i said that i was also surprised and thats why i lodged this complaint.he said that he was glad i did so he can investigate what went wrong and correct it so it don't happen again,and he was very polite and sincere.he said he hoped to get a chance to make it up to me the next time i come in to stay at the orleans,and i said i really liked staying there and did not want to go anywhere else and liked boyd gaming a lot.he was really glad to hear that and he said he would make it all up to me when i come in and that he wanted to meet me in person and take care of anything i have concerns with.
so he said please keep his number and call him next time i stay there and we would get it all made up to me and make it clear it won't happen again.now that is what i like,people who keep their word and want to make it right.i really didn't think i would get a call back from them but i did and that showed me a lot.it showed me they were full of class and want to fix anything that was wrong,other places ive been with and fudged me did not do anything like this and that is why im not staying with them anymore.
so i just wanted to share this with everybody and say,boyd gaming inc. is a class organization and i would recommend anyone to stay at any of their properties and you will feel comfortable and feel like you are somebody
