Up 77-7 entering the 4th qtr Miami led Savannah State.

With the score unchanged with 3 minutes left in the game, both coaches agreed to call it.

3 Minutes?????

Curious if anyone wagered this game and how your book graded it...

If I remember right didn't the game of Florida vs Savannah State get called early last year too?

Supposedly shortening the game was discussed at halftime. They had a running clock in the game against FLState last year and I think the Louisville game yesterday had a running clock.

Both coaches agreed to this before the 4th quarter started and the refs made an announcement. I heard this morning that during blowouts, the refs will ask the coaches at halftime if they want to start using a running clock or 12 min quarters

Like 3 minutes makes that much of a difference, both teams are basically running a FB dives at that point.
