I think they Steelers have a good fan base over there. NFL seems to pick up a few more fans every trip they make there. It isn't so much having to do with the snapshot record of the team at that point.
I think it is horrible to be sending teams over there to play, it really handicaps the team for a segment of the season in my opinion
