Scorpions in the Smokeys wow

Just got back from a weekend at a cabin in Gatlinburg. Have been there many times before in cabins/hotels and never realized there are scorpions in the midwest. Found 5 in the cabin throughout the weekend.

Wow I go there every year and never knew that. I got stung in my leg while sleeping in Africa. Kept waking up feeling like my leg was asleep. Finally got up and was taking my shorts off and he stung me again in my hand. Didnt get sick but fely like pins and needles for a day. Freaking thing was in my shorts. Could have been A LOT WORSE lol

Arizona bark scorpion stung my ex twice a week ago in my apartment. Painful little assholes or so I hear.

That's what happened to her. Crawled into the shorts when we were sitting on the patio and she went to lay in bed and it stung her twice.

I used to visit the smokies all the time, haven't been in a few years. Isn't exactly the 'midwest' though, heh...but I get what you're saying.

Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge isn't the Midwest. Nowhere even close actually. It's in the Dirty South where the scorpions have always lived. Serve em up with Moonshine.
