Unders have been hot recently it seems. Does anyone know if this is typical late in the year? Also wonder if it's more physical or mental...

Unders typically hit later in the season and in the playoffs. Teams, especially batters, tighten up in must wins in the regular season and playoffs. Game 7s are usually the best. I don't know the actual percentages on this so it could just be my biased perception, but historically it has paid me well

i've never really noticed a trend....the september callups usually mean for weaker lineups, but the same can be said for the quality of pitching...so they usually cancel out.

there is absolutely no correlation to unders in sept or unders in last 2 week of the season.

oct does show 55/45 to the under for a +4% profit but nothing in sept no matter team's winning %, last two weeks of season, etc.

probably the best long term trend is taking over in oct games with 7 or less total ... 63% overs ... and take under anything 8 or above.... 60% unders
