long story short, I requested max payout via check. They sent me bad check where atm machine, bank teller, and even check cashing places did not accept the check. The reason for it was because numbers at the bottom of the check was not long enough for computer to read. I contacted the 5dimes and they told me to send the check back.. fair enough... but I got charged with $87 fee to send it back to them and they will not cover that fee when they sent me the bad check?? that is really ridiculous..
