I have $100 on the Indians to win the World Series at 80 to 1 (placed back in Feb.).

I also have $100 on them to win the ALCS at 16 to 1.

Any advice on the best way to hedge these bets?

It all depends on how much you want to hedge. Bet against them in each series until they lose would be the simple way to do it. Can't help with numbers until the odds come out.

Thanks for the reply, Kruser.

Agree can't make any real plans until the odds come out. Really wish I had better odds for them to win the ALCS, I sat back and waited too long.

More than likely won't make a wager on the WC game (I'll be in attendance).

If/when they win the WC game, I'll more than likely put down $500 on BOS (guess they'd be -170).

If/when they make the ALCS, I'll wager around $1000. If they advance, my bets against them will even out (with the ALCS bet hitting).

Any additional thoughts once the odds come out would be appreciated. Thanks!
