Coach Gus Bradley raved about Justin Blackmon's conditioning.

Blackmon used his four-week suspension to get in tremendous shape. "His body fat has dropped and his weight has gained," Bradley said. "He's done everything that we've asked of him." Blackmon will immediately be reinserted into the starting lineup and needs to be rostered in all fantasy leagues. If and when Chad Henne gets the starting job back, Blackmon will be a WR3. He averaged 5.1 catches for 80.0 yards and scored four touchdowns over the final eight games of last year.

Justin Blackmon (groin/hamstring) is not practicing Wednesday, as expected.
Blackmon is dealing with minor groin/hamstring injuries, so the Jaguars are giving him a scheduled rest day. Coach Gus Bradley confirmed Tuesday he's fully expected to play this week. Blackmon is going to be a target machine once again with Cecil Shorts (SC joint) looking doubtful for Week 7.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Justin Blackmon (hamstring) is expected to play Sunday against the Chargers.
As expected. Jacksonville lists Blackmon as questionable on the injury report, but he's not believed to be in any danger of missing Week 7. With Cecil Shorts (clavicle) banged up, look for Blackmon and Maurice Jones-Drew to carry the offensive load. Blackmon is Rotoworld's No. 12 receiver play this week.

Justin Blackmon and Cecil Shorts are both active for Week 8 against the 49ers.
Blackmon was listed as probable with a hamstring pull, while Shorts was probable with a clavicle injury. They were both fully expected to start this London game. The Jaguars' Week 8 inactives are WR Stephen Burton, QB Ricky Stanzi, WR Stephen Williams, DT Abry Jones, OLs Jacques McClendon and DeMarcus Love, and CB Jamell Fleming.
