0-4 in a bye week....so,no, not making the playoffs. just hoping they don't screw this up and go 6-10 for the 12th pick in the draft. then again the steelers don't know how to draft right now anyway so they'd fuck up the 3rd pick just as easily as the 12th
What direction do you see them going if they get a Top 5 pick let's say. OT to fix the line? Best defender available to fix an aging defense... OR if a Boyd or Mariota are available to they draft Ben's eventual replacement.
Here me out for a second here. Ben has taken a ton of abuse over the course of his career, he could perhaps breakdown faster than most. Plus he's gonna cost big bucks for the next 5 years. By the time you guys fix that O-line and turnover an aging defense, it could be 2 or 3 years. Why pay Ben big money during that time.

For a moment last week I was pissed that they've decided to show up and start winning just in time to screw up getting one of the top picks in the draft, but remembered that their first rounder goes to the Jets.
