What are they waiting for?

Are they going to wait until he dies on the sidelines on national tv?

I bet he wishes they would. He is protected under the ADA and I'm sure their is a line of employment discrimination attorneys from Minneapolis to Chicago just hoping something like that happens.

Minny knew full well he had medical issues when they hired him. He is still a good coach, and his record speaks for itself. It's an uncomfortable situation for people watching, but the guy is a warrior and keeps at it.

Big article on him in the NY Times yesterday, I recommend you read it before calling for his job.

Doesn't matter who the coach is....Minnesota will still suck.
