There are no unusual circumstances with this payout. Their customer service dept. said that it could be paid at anytime, they just don't know when. It's been 12 days as of now and I can't really understand why it takes so long for a 5 minute transaction? That's why I initially asked if this is the normal wait time for bank wires?
Well, still no wire as promised by today. Now their customer service is saying it could be another 7/8 days! WTF? Has anyone else had these same types of delays with a wire transfer? The most frustrating part is that they just blame the processor for the delay and they say it's out of their hands. Again, do wires generally require 23/24 days with this book?

Thanks for the reply Murph. I thought 10 days was a little excessive given that I do a lot of wires but this has morphed into a total nightmare for me with 5 Dimes. I was promised that the wire would positively be done by Wednesday, 15 days later, only to find out yesterday, that they never followed through on that promise. Then I logged into my account tonight, only to find that the money I requested in a payout, had been redeposited into my account. No phone call and they have my number, no explanation, not even an email in my account!!! "AND" I have been a very loyal customer for several years!!! WTF with this place??? How the hell are you supposed to collect any winnings with this kind of service?????????
In all fairness to 5 Dimes, they did send me a message late last night about their problems with wire transfers and they can no longer offer them as a payout. They also offered to send a MO for the requested payout amount which is above and beyond their posted limits. I'm good with that as long as it gets done in a timely manner and not have to wait another 2 weeks
