Foles got branded with the Rams when they had a terrible OL and no playmakers. I remembered that and wagered on him when he go the starting job with the Eagles last year.
TO answer your question, this year, yes, Wentz was not himself, yes his ACL healed but he was not able to make the throws he used to make. IMO he will be back to normal next year, a solid QB but overrated a bit, lots of hype.
With the wins this year including today Foles has made himself a lot of $$$$ for next year, he should get a good contract from somebody.
