Sexual Help

OK I know putting sex in my thread title was a cheap trick to elicit views but when your a little unknown such as myself I need something to attract attention.
Now heres what I was looking for help with:

Under most members names there is a title that is obviously related to that members activity. i.e.: RX Junior, RX Member, RX Senior etc.
However for some members that title is missing and what appears to be a self made label appears. i.e.: Lady Luck, Basketball Guru, Word etc.
My question is how or why do certain individuals get personal monikers instead of the standard?
Not that I want one for myself it's just something I noticed and was curious about.

Another item I don't understand is the little green rectangles that appear (or don't in some cases) above everyone's avatar.
What is the significance of those?

I suppose there is a place on this site to find what I'm asking but with my limited time to spend here I'm looking for an easier way.

Green bars is a failed upgrade.. meant to b a trustworthy aptitude... it is not active as far as I know... if you go into yiur own settings.. I believe you can create your own tagline... u will find it...

Click on settings. Go to Edit Profile and you can change your location and also put a "custom tagline".

The green bars are "reputation bars", mods can give them to you or take them away. It's meant as a sign of your contributions, your general trustworthiness, or whatever. More green bars means you've gotten more positive reputation. I've seen (at other sites, not here) red bars too for negative feedback, but I don't think they do that here.

Under your settings you can also see "latest reputation received" to see what post/thread you may have received reputation bars from.

If someone's clearly trolling but hasn't done anything to get banned (GTC types before someone finally wised up and banned that maggot), at least red bars would show newbies that this guy is an idiot and please disregard him.

Someone needs to give Johnny a few swift kicks in the nuts. One for all the things that made me mad reading this thread.

the misleading title...don't tease me with sexual stuff

Inability to search for things like labels and green bars (I don't mind asking, but at least try and search first...not "i don't have time" after you make a fasle thread title to get views)
