First, Let me say that this is not about them slow paying or no paying. However I have never heard of this happening before.
My really good friend and I usually play at 5D and Heritage. He is mainly a horse player. I was unaware he ever had an account before at Betonline apparently he has had it open but in dormant mode for year or longer. He posted up a couple days ago with around 100 via pre- paid card with them. He went back to using them cause he likes their horse rebates.
Okay he gets lucky and hits a couple trifectas and runs it up to 3,000ish. He calls and tells me about it, and he is all excited but then he tells me what book its at and ive never heard of them. So I created a topic about them and Murph and Betallsports chimes in and says there should be no problem. Great info so I pass it on to him. Then last night he goes on a crazy hot streak on horses and harness and is hitting like crazy. He has made several hundred bets in 2 day period. He runs his balance to over 8000. Now today he logs in and he gets his rebate and starts betting Keenland I think, and wins maybe 200ish and then his horse account is frozen and is disabled. then later today and he gets email saying that They will not take his horse action. Wow i have never heard of a book cutting off someone on horses. Horses are impossible to beat in the long run. But he is stunned cause he loves horses more than sports. He went to their online chat and was told that managements decision was final they didn't want his horse play. He asked them why and they said they don't have to give reason.
He can still bet sports but that's not his main thing. He has asked for a payout and told he must wait a week cause it was posted with pre paid card. from what I hear that is usually standard. He filled out all of authorization forms and sent in copies Id's and received email stating all was good regarding payout after holding period. So has anyone actually dealt with this book? Are they solid? Will they pay? Is this something he should be concerned about? I would like advice to pass on to him. He rarely if ever uses this forum and he always has dealt with US horse sites like tvg but they don't offer rebates like offshore books offer.
