what does that mean? if you are referring to having to send in a copy of the card, photo id and a signed authorization form, then they all will. If you ran a reputable book you would also demand this from your credit card depositors. If you mean something else, then nevermind.
The reputable book was why I asked about payouts? If I can simply scan and email ID an Auth Form and Use my debit card its alot less bullshit then going to a convenience store filling out WU form and sending it to someone then waiting for it to fund. Last tine I got the wrong pre-paid and it was a pain in the ass. Who do you reccomend Scott?
