With Apples big announcement expect on Oct 22nd, what's the best tablet?

Tomorrow, October 22nd, Apple will be unveiling the Ipad5 and Ipad 2 Mini... and suppose to be a "big surprise" thrown in there too...

Given the tablet market, what is the best tablets? These rx tech geeks that give some insight on this once everything is revealed would be appreciated...

That's a steal at $1,000. That's why I only buy Samsung. I would love the "big surprise" for Apple to be either an SD Card slot or removable battery but seems like that'll never happen.
