I have this problem that most men seem to get whether it's a lack of dieting, genetics, laziness or all of the above.
The tire, the doughnut, the pouch, aka the bloated tummy.
I'll be fist to admit, I don't exercise, I don't really monitor the portions I eat, I come close to being lazy and I spend a lot of time watching games or on the net surfing.
I've had the pouch for several years now and well when you look in the mirror straight on it may not look that bad, but a side shot in the mirror and you ask yourself how far along are you and when's the expectancy date?
I figure there are a lot of guys here in my position and want to know the best exercises to start with to help cut down on this bloat. Does riding an exercise bike help and if so what's the amount of time you should put it into it when you are working out.
I don't drink so beer hasn't contributed to this at all. I used to be super thin and did a lot of running but as I got older I stopped and basically have gained more weight than I wish to have. I am at 202 pounds and around 5'10 to 5'11 in height. So I know I am at least 30 pounds over weight. The stomach and breast area is where it is all located.
I hate vegetables, I am more of a steak/potato, Italian pasta type eater. I have noticed lately that after eating and not heavy eating, I get tired and often conk out cold. I would think this isn't good either.
Suggestions and Help Appreciated in advance, I am in hopes this helps more than myself here.
