Fantasy Help - What do you expect out of Mike James, TB's running back tonight

I have a pretty dominate team in my league. We have 2 divisions, and each division winner gets a BYE week in playoffs.. Unfortunately, there are 3 teams that are dominate.. Me, my wife, and another guy and we're all in the same division. So theres only 1 bye week available between us...

This week I play my wife, and I am in a little bye week / injury pickle.

It's PPR, 2 RB. 1 Flex
Usually my RB's are Charles, Forte and Murray.... I just picked up Mike James, TB's running back

Forte on Bye, Murray is Q, I'm thinking he may play... But the problem is, my only option is Mike James who plays tonight, So either I play Mike James tonight, and if Murray is a go, he'd be on my bench... If I don't play James, I hve to ride Murray on Sunday regardless if he plays. I could get a pretty awful back on waivers, but it's thin out there...

What do youexpect out of Mike James? 10 points? less more? Is the upside of Murrary (who averages nearly 17 points a game with our scoring and in a PPR league is a nice back to have)

I don't expect much out of James tonight. I had Martin in a league and picked up James myself...personally I'd hold out and pray that Murray plays.

Carolina has the stingiest red zone D in the NFL, wouldn't expect James to get a lot of chances to score...

I vote mike James. I don't think Murray is playing and if he does I don't expect a full workload for him.

If Murray didnt practice today, i doubt he is playing sunday. Doubt James gets 10 so you better swing for the fences elsewhere.
