NFL.com has a new report by Mike Silver on how just how bad things are between coach Schiano and his players. There are two takeaways from the story. The players dislike playing for him and Shiano is a wannabe napoleon type. When one player was asked what it was like playing at Tampa Bay "Its worse then you can Imagine''.''Its like being in Cuba".Several Bucs players describe a simillar bleak enviorment playing for Schiano.Theirs a story on how Schiano gave gave his speacial teams coach hell because he was standing in the wrong spot.Schiano went into a rage and threatened to fire coach Ligashesky,if he made the mistake again.Former Bucs defesive end Mike Bennett now with the Seahawks had this to say''He likes to flex his power''.''He has small mans syndrome.I still talk with guys that are there, and there's not much respect for him in the locker room"

I didn't think the situation was this bad.Wow

The guy is a clown. Look at the stupid bit he does at the end of games too. He even claimed it worked for him in college...then reporters went to the tape and saw it has never worked for him

At Rutgers, over 11 years, it caused 3 fumbles....all recovered by the quarterback

what does he do at the end of games? I have never seen it.

When the game is out of reach, and the winning team(that kicked his teams ass) - is kneeling, he has his players just dive at the offensive players legs and take cheap shots. Not illegal but no class especially since it doesnt work

Come on man, when he did it against the NYG, the score was 41-34. The game was neither out of reach nor was his team getting their ass kicked.

Glennon is a horrible QB.. I didn't like him in college, not sure why he is in the NFL.

Things are definitely much worse than it was merely weeks ago.

Everyone in Tampa wants the guy gone.

But it makes you wonder.... is Schiano THAT BAD, or is it that players always quit now on those who are too tough because of the way players are today in wanting to be pampered and not liking a strict coach who comes in and demands professionalism from them

After all, this team recently played under Raheem Morris who's the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of Schiano who let them get away with anything.

Its strange that Darelle Revis and other newly drafted players have said they have no issue with him and it comes primarily from ones who have been there prior.

The guy is an azz but its difficult to know the complete truth...

Check how many times he did that at Rutgers when the game was out of reach? And when a team is in victory formation--the game is out of reach. That is why his tactic has never worked. Not once. 3 fumbles, all recovered by the qb. But keep disagreeing just to disagree

You sound kind of agitated. I'm not disagreeing with you at all.

I'm just pointing out when he did it with the Bucs, the game was not out of reach and they weren't getting their ass kicked. Actually, they led most of that game.
