I remember when I would request a payout at pinny and by the time I would login to neteller the money would already be in my account.

I think my personal record for a payout from pinny was 2 mins and 47secs.

Then I would take my neteller debit card and drive down to the local ATM and withdraw $500.

literally you could request a payout from pinny and have green cash in your hand in less then 10 minutes.

Yes penny was the best but there were others almost as good and fast.

I loved mansion.
They were on there way to penny status before they shutdown.

It was just freaking awesome back then.

It made you enjoy the hobby.
Now you can't even enjoy even winning.

There is nothing worse then your own bank asking you a million questions like you are a crimanal just to cash a 2500 check you have been waiting 3 weeks to receive.

This hobby is almost impossible to partake in at this time under these conditions.

Just a sign of things to come down the road Chop IMO. Only going to get worse.

I am in the process of closing my PNC Bank account because the manager asked me what I was going to use $2,000 for and wouldnt accept my check because it was from Canada!!!!

What else was nice is when you got the transfer from Pinny to Neteller or anywhere else for that matter, you could turn around and transfer it to another book minutes later.. I was making several transactions a week... hopefully someday we can get back to that

I think we've reached a point probably 1-2 years ago in which it really isn't going to get any worse.

Unfortunately, it probably won't ever get any better until if and when we start getting some kind of approval from government.

It doesn't have to be a full blown, instant legalizing of online gambling.
A slow process such as states fighting for and winning for online gaming, poker being ok'ed, and so on, is heading down the right path and will actually open up the floodgates to make it easier to move money around again, and the books will capitalize and find ways to take advantage.

Regardless, one day it will all be legal in the states.

The only question is how many of us will still be around when it happens....

Those were the days! It really is amazing how much different things are today. Strange that it seems the government can't get shit done but they successfully made gambling damn near impossible.

also sportsbook to sportsbook transfers were easy

I recall Carib sports had a drop down menu where you pick the sportsbook you want to transfer too.,.put in account info and amount and 30 minutes later it was done..did not even have to call!

Neteller was the bomb. Seems like things really changed when they stopped in the US.

I will never get over the fact that people can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on the lottery, yet its illegal to bet 5 dollars on a sporting event

That's easy to explain. With lotteries the greedy ass government is getting their cut so it's ok. The biggest bunch of extortionists in the history of the US is not the mafia or some shady gang, it's the government. They've been running ponzi schemes on the public since before Bernie Madoff was a twinkle in his daddy's eye.

ESB - English Sports Betting. All by phone back then, they were the first for me.

Anyone remember Samantha from Dunes and Eddie from _____ ( on tip of tongue) We won't even talk about Millenium, Royal, and a few other "big time" places.

just the opposite.

they're more bloated than ever with more and more people depending on them for the bare essentials.

the size of the Federal and State govt's will only increase further from here until a true third party Libertarian is elected (i.e. not in our lifetimes).

and that's 'winning' for them..
