When I was in college my friends and I had a mean poker game.... Well we are spread out all over the country and want to play cards together again.... I got the idea straight from BAS with the RX poker game... I started my on poker room on poker stars and have invited several friends...of course everyone is stoked....
my concern is managing the money and I will be the one taking care of payments.... We are going to play one $50 tourney a week and cash games whenever we can.
should I make everyone min deposit $150 to via pay pal or MG before allowing anyone to play? The cash game will be $1-$2 always... I will have a few deposit more for sure but should minimum be 150 or is that to high... To low?
Anyone have a home game with poker stars? This is all friends and friends of friends... We should have some good size tourneys....
Can I manage the money pretty well with stars?
Should I payout weekly? Monthly?
I trust my friends but we've always had a rule that the money must be there up front to get in the game... That keeps the drama to a minimum...so I will keep that rule for sure... Must have mula before you play.... I'm not making any coin on this so I want it simple as possible for me....
pay pal seems like it would be the most simple form of payment and pay outs. Is it the best?
