Any book or exchange which is offering NBA quarters betting?

I would like to test a system on betting quarters on NBA.
I never bet before quarters, not even halves.

Which are the bookies or exchanges you guys recommend that are the best for live betting on NBA quarters?

(I mean I need to place the wagers every time just prior to each quarter starting, but after the previous quarter ended... of course excepting the 1st quarter.)

Live quarters .. probably nobody

most shops will take quarters, but you need to place your wager Before the game. Meaning any quarter before the game.
